Customized General Contracting is a family business. Established in 1994, starting with the hard working hands of Vince Modica. As soon as his sons were able to hammer a nail, they soon quickly learned their fathers passion and talent, joining the family business. As the years progressed, the father and sons team started to make a name for themselves as they created Kitchens, Bathrooms and various custom Carpentry work in homes across Durham Region and the GTA.
Today, Vince, Sal and Marco Modica are all leading the family company with a creative eye and exceptional craftsmanship. Creating custom rooms, duplexes, new builds and top to bottom renovations that have clients fall in love with their living space all over again.
